Linked Ticket

This is ok but if you are looking for more functionality then I suggest trying the Project Management App.

I have just installed this and found that once I create a child ticket I cannot create a second. Am I mising some configuration to allow me to create multple sub/child tickets?

Would love for this to be built out further than what it already is, but it works as intended most of the time.

Good concept but poorly settings. Can't use it between brands.

I love the apps concept and it works well if you only need one linked ticket. But we need to be able to link multiple tickets and there doesn't seem to be a way to do that without using the Parent/child functions, which doesn't work for the use case we are using this for.
