The app has issues with web responsiveness soon after link a child ticket.

This has the potential to be very good but is just lacking if you add some more functionality. Like the things you can do with the other free link apps combined with this one that will do it. 1. A search function so not only using the ID as an option. 2. A linked type so you can pick why/how it is link Parent, Child, Blocks, Blocked By and Related to. (With options for, you can not close if links are not closed) 3. The UI for the free Linked Ticket App is better as it has things that look and feel more like the main UI. It has Cc, Tags and a checkbox to add or remove the "copy current ticket description". 4. I would suggested when the app use a pop out modal when selecting the link this as an option you can also turn on a off for those who need more room to work and the sidebar may not be good.

Really bad UI. You can't use a macro when you're creating a child ticket. Not sure what the purpose of this app is.

The application was just going perfect, now with the update i can only clone minor fields and the other fields is not allowable, please try to revoke the update or even enhance it by the same features found on the old.
