Pathlight gave us the tools we needed to set agent and team-wide goals and hold ourselves accountable to performance against those goals. The dashboard is great and a very clear way for agents and managers to see progress over time.

I can remember trying to hack my way into Agent Dashboards using fancy sheet tricks and can say this has been a breeze for sure!
