Very happy with the CloudTalk application and their support team. The Zendesk integration keeps everything in one place and adds some cool features like opening the caller's Zendesk profile when a call comes in.

Simple app to navigate, and if you cant find something yourself the CS team are really responsive and knowledgeable. Best global coverage as similar providers on the market with good quality.

Pretty solid app and reasonably priced. Doesn't seem to handle occasional drop outs in the network as well as it could and times out after a period, which can be annoying when call volumes are low but overall happy.

It's very convenient! Lesser clicks for me (which is always a good thing) and most importantly, it helped me keep an eye on vital metrics.
