Super Admin

Leider findet sich in der APP keine wirklich brauchbare Funktion. Nicht einmal das massenhafte hinzufügen der Endbenutzer zu einer Organisation ist möglich. Mit der SuperAdmin APP kann man weniger einstellen, als über den Export und Import aller verfügbaren Endbenutzer direkt aus dem System.

We desperately needed this to work for adding End Users to Organizations. It's beyond disappointing that the Super Admin app can't do this.

This app is broken, it only pulls in 100 users, period.

You can only see, change, and export a small handful of agents at one time, so it's not that helpful for organizations with large numbers of Zendesk agents. And you can only change certain fields: Role, Default Group, Tags, Status. So you can't change Organization, for example.
