Is listed as a free app in the marketplace but as part of the set up, they will contact you to discuss a price plan. A very poor business practice indeed and should not be allowed here!

over 2 years agoWe are pleased to advise that Zendesk has implemented improved transparency on pricing with a new category of Free to Install, with links to the pricing page of the provider. We agree that indicating that this app required a paid subscription in the text wasn't satisfactory and we welcome the clarity Zendesk is now able to bring with this Zendesk Apps marketplace update.
