It does not work for channels mentioned. They do fix the Loop, but you can also fix that with Conditions+Actions Tags. The real problem is that this App do Post the Public Comment, but the actual conversation does not Receive it. If there is something else that must be Configured, it is not listed here, or in the link to configure it. It would be great if you can clarify this.
