Love this app. It's so easy to set up a two way sync between Zendesk and a lot of other tools. We set up a workflow to sync Zendesk tickets directly to Jira. Unito allows us to only sync tickets which are tagged accordingly and then keeps Zendesk ticket and Jira issue in sync, so our customer support can easily track the progress! I had initially tried to create my intended workflow in Zapier, but had ultimately given up after a while. If you want to keep things in sync across different tools, Unito is the way to go!

We've been using Unito to connect Zendesk to our Asana account. The setup was easy and the customer service team helped us with the questions we had. We've had it running for some time now, and it's working great for us. Would recommend!

Very satisfied with this integration, their 2 ways sync between my tickets and my Trello boards was seamless by default and I was still able to customize the settings to get the Trello cards I want

We are SO HAPPY with our experience with Unito and Zendesk, to sync with Asana. We had been using the native one, but teams still had to have logins for both tools if they wanted to update anything, so it wasn't as seamless as we wanted. I reached out to Zendesk who actually recommended Unito might make our lives easier, then we set up Unito very quickly, which was nice because I'm not particularly technical. So far it's allowed us to send/sync tickets to teams in Asana, then their response from Asana comes straight back into Zendesk. A godsend for anyone working with non-zendesk teams.
