This app is a huge help for support agents who want to know if they are really shouting into a void or if someone is reading their emails. We ran into a problem with the app causing a random broken image link in our proactive SMS sent from Zendesk. I contacted the app developers at night, before leaving work, and I had a solution when I logged in in the morning! Fantastic service!
