Very useful app if you set appointments for coworkers from helpdesk. This has been a gamechanger for us.

This app has made scheduling very easy and having a link in my Google calendar back to the ticket is especially helpful. Then there is the Calendar view right in Zendesk, at a glance I know what's coming and where I have free time to schedule. I also use their Tasks app, this has worked great to be sure everything is handled before closing a ticket. If you schedule appointments related to your tickets you won't be disappointed.

The Calendar app is a game changer for my workflow. You have made my life so much easier with your new Calendar app changes and saving me hours of time every month. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU ! ! My business depends on my Google Calendar and having the ability to see my Google calendar in Zendesk and create new calendar events from within a ticket that automatically adds ticket details to a calendar appointment saves me so much time. Your app automatically creates an event with my customers name, address, ticket topic and a link to the ticket. One of the best features is that the calendar entry that your app creates adds my customers address to the event which shows up in my GPS app on my iPhone so it is quick and easy to get directions to my appointment.

Very useful app if you set appointments with customers. Custom ticket fields are open to business rules. Support is amazing and features are added frequently.
